Palladium Newsletter - March 2010

Dear Clients,

Welcome to our third newsletter.

We hope that you enjoy it as a useful resource for offshore matters.

Property Investment Services
We at Palladium have been consolidating our practice areas, in particular with New Zealand limited partnerships being used as property owning vehicles. BVI companies, using our directors, are also ever-popular for this purpose.

These services provide our clients with a solution featuring optimal taxation, security and value.

Please see the link below which illustrates the use of New Zealand limited partnerships in such a scenario.

BVI Legal Opinions
As an adjunct to the world of real estate investment, we offer BVI and Anguillan legal opinions to lending banks and financial institutions and which represent value for money.

For this reason, we offer BVI legal opinions for 'shell' companies in such transactions at a noticeably lower cost - $2,000 - than for more 'involved' or complicated scenarios.

New Zealand and BVI trusts
We are pleased to announce that interest has spiked in these services as private clients look to the future with new ventures in improved economic times while wishing to ensure stability for their future. Trusts may be used as much for asset protection as estate planning and we continue to enjoy providing security and sound advice for clients wishing to use this service.

On a final note I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support of Palladium and we look forward to working with you very soon.

Stephen
