Palladium Newsletter - August 2010
Dear Clients,
Welcome to our August newsletter.
We hope that you enjoy it as a useful resource for matters relevant to IFCs and your own practices or interests. Our focus in this edition is on the use of New Zealand Limited Partnerships for private equity investment funds.
New Zealand Limited Partnerships (‘NZ LPs’) – investment fund usage
NZ LPs are increasingly used as private equity investment vehicles, riding off the back of New Zealand’s excellent reputation as well as their preferential taxation status. Palladium will help you set up and run these structures and procure them to be regulated in the BVI or beyond should such be required.

Palladium’s new and improved website is now live! We trust that you will enjoy browsing through some of our articles and analyse our capabilities further, visit us at www.palladiumtrustservices.net
Palladium is running for Macmillan Cancer
My colleague Natasha and I are running London’s ‘Run to the Beat’ half marathon on September 26th. Macmillan Cancer Support is a fantastic charity which raises money to help people who have been affected by cancer in the UK. We would appreciate any show of support very much. Please visit www.justgiving.com/palladium if you would like to donate to this very worthy cause.
Please visit us at www.palladiumtrustservices.net or contact me directly at stephen@palladiumtrustservices.net if you would like more information on what Palladium can do for you.
We look forward to working with you very soon and trust that you will enjoy the articles below. Wishing everyone in Europe an enjoyable final week of the summer recess...
Until next month,
Stephen
